Can I use my credit for any service?
Yes. Account credit can be used toward any eligible service or retail purchase. Your tier discount applies to services only.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused account credit rolls over and never expires.
Can I cancel online?
Yes. Cancellation is available through the Mangomint client portal. If a payment is currently due, contact Reflexology Plus directly to complete the cancellation.
What happens to unused credits after cancellation?
They stay in your account balance and remain available. The membership discount ends when the membership is no longer active.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, by request. A staff member must start or modify the pause. Billing stops while paused, and membership discounts are inactive until the membership resumes.
Can discounts be combined?
No. Membership discounts do not combine with other offers. Members receive their membership rate instead of the 5% Preferred Rate.
Can I change membership levels?
Yes. Contact us before your next billing date. Level changes are handled by the team rather than through self-service in the portal.
Does membership guarantee appointment availability?
No. Membership does not reserve or guarantee appointment times. Booking early is always recommended.
