Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic massage is a specialized form of bodywork focused on stimulating the lymphatic system — your body’s built-in waste removal and immune support network. Using light, rhythmic strokes and precise directional techniques, this massage encourages lymph flow, helping your body eliminate toxins, reduce inflammation, and restore balance.

Benefits

  • Reduces water retention and swelling
  • Promotes post-surgical healing (including after cosmetic surgery)
  • Boosts immune response
  • Improves skin tone and texture
  • Eases sinus congestion and brain fog
  • Enhances energy and vitality

What to Expect

Unlike deep tissue or traditional massage, lymphatic work is gentle and slow. You’ll remain comfortably draped and relaxed while your therapist uses light, repetitive movements to move lymph fluid toward drainage points. Most clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored.

Is This Right for Me?

Lymphatic massage is ideal if you're:

  • Dealing with bloating, puffiness, or lymphedema
  • Managing chronic fatigue or autoimmune conditions
  • Looking to improve skin clarity and body detox
  • Seeking a calming alternative to traditional deep massage

Lymphatic Massage

The details, without the fine-print fog.

What does lymphatic massage feel like?

Lymphatic massage is much lighter and slower than deep tissue massage. The therapist uses gentle, repetitive movements rather than digging into muscle. If you are expecting strong pressure, this treatment will feel very different by design.

What is lymphatic massage used for?

Lymphatic massage uses very light, rhythmic movements intended to encourage normal lymph movement and reduce the heavy or puffy feeling some people associate with fluid retention. It is not deep tissue massage, and it should not be treated as a cure or substitute for medical care when swelling has an unexplained or medical cause.

Can I get lymphatic massage after surgery?

Only when your surgeon or treating clinician has cleared massage and any post-operative instructions are compatible with the treatment. Post-surgical needs vary significantly by procedure and stage of healing, so bring the guidance you were given and tell us what surgery you had and when.
