At Reflexology Plus, we don’t see reflexology as just a service — it’s a ritual. Every reflexology session is shaped around the idea that true relaxation doesn’t come from rushing, but from slowing down and giving the body space to reset.
Our three signature options, Foot First, Body First, and the Balance Experience, were designed to meet different needs. Whether you’re on your feet all day and craving deep relief, or you want an equal mix of foot and body work, these sessions offer a reset for both body and mind.
Note: All of the Reflexology sessions take place in the Lounge, a community room. They do not take place in the private rooms where we do the full body massage sessions. Looking for a full body massage in a private room? Click here!
A 2:1 focus on your feet — twice as much reflexology time spent where you need it most. Perfect if you stand, walk, or stay active on your feet all day.
You choose the length — 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, or 120+ minutes. You will be Face Up the entire session. Body work is minimal but about 20% of the session length is spent on your head, neck and shoulders during the foot bath.
Each session includes:
Clients often describe this one as “like having the weight lifted off my legs.”
A 2:1 focus on your body — twice as much time spent on your body. Perfect if you have a desk job or do a lot of heavy lifting, walk, or use your upper body every day.
You choose the length — 45, 60, 75, 90, or 120+ minutes. You will be face down for 60% or more of the session. There will be oil on your back (if you want it). It's almost like a full body massage in a private room, except this is Shawnee, Kansas, so you need to keep at least shorts or yoga shorts on. The therepists give you privacy if you want to lose the shirt or shirt and bra.
Each session includes:
A customer described this one as “like a full body table massage, except with my pants on.”
Evenly divided: half feet, half body. A good choice if you want the grounding effects of reflexology, plus the full-body release of therapeutic massage.
Sessions are available in 45, 60, 75, 90, or 120+ minutes, and include the same thoughtful touches as Foot First — consultation, foot bath, reflexology, oil massage, and towel wrap — but with more time reserved for back, shoulders, arms, and other areas that carry stress. Half the session face up, and half the session is face down.
Think of it as a recalibration for your whole system.
Reflexology. It’s not just relaxation — it’s maintenance for body and mind.
Whether you lean toward foot-focused relief, a body-focused relief, or a balanced reset, these reflexology rituals are designed to keep you moving, grounded, and feeling restored long after you leave the spa.
Give your body the support it needs to reset, refresh, and restore. Your body will thank you.

A few things people usually want to know before booking this service.
Not at Reflexology Plus. Our lounge reflexology sessions combine focused foot work with massage elsewhere on the body. You can choose Foot First for more time on the feet, Body First for more upper-body work, or Balance for a more even split.
Our reflexology sessions take place in the reflexology lounge, which is a shared treatment space rather than a private massage room. If you want a full-body massage in a private room, book a private-room massage service instead.
Yes. Reflexology is designed to be received while dressed. Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to your feet and lower legs and does not make it difficult to relax in the lounge chair.
Foot First puts roughly twice as much treatment time toward the feet compared with the body. It is the best fit when tired feet, arches, ankles, and lower legs are the main reason you booked.
Body First reverses the emphasis, giving more of the session to upper-body work while still including the reflexology and foot-care elements that define the lounge experience. It works well for guests who want more shoulders, back, arms, and general bodywork without moving into a private massage room.
Balance divides the session more evenly between the feet and the body. It is the straightforward choice when you want both and do not want either part of the treatment to dominate the session.
